its been a long while, but i remember it was in december a couple years ago
what year is it here? i dont even know

anyway, the fourth god revealed to us that he was the life force supporting the network
seemed kind of gross, doesnt it? liewen, his father, had been experimenting on his own son
kept him in some tunnels for god knows how long, and then fled to hide in that room with his son

the three of us managed to track him down
we freed elias, and strapped his father into that damn machine so he could know what it was like

Oh gosh, that's horrible! How could a person do that to anyone, ESPECIALLY their own kid?

oh no, wait, does that mean his dad is in the network now? Can he see what we write? Are we ticking him off by joining up with his son? also, who are the other two from "the three of us" you mentioned?

i dont know, but it doesnt leave me with a lot of sympathy for the guy

a while back... maybe a year ago? time isnt my strong suit, sorry about that, he started talking to people on the network acting like he didnt know what the hell happened to him

like he woke up from a coma or something
after that, i dont think anyone has heard anything from him as far as i know

he was asking for forgiveness or something like that; for himself, his son, and some woman he didnt name

red was a merperson, ginger-- she was a singer
mami was a harpy, she was young, 16 or so i think?

i didnt know red as well, but mami was a good kid

oh, one more thing: do we have uniforms? Maybe t-shirts with a logo, or even something that goes UNDER our normal clothes? I hear some religions make you wear special underwear when you're in their meeting spaces

A while ago I decided to try my hand at praying to both of the gods here. Only the Fourth responded, and gave me this sort of credit card looking thing. Small, rectangular, seems to be made of something like plastic..

Do you know what I'm supposed to do with it? With the way things have been going lately I think it's a good idea if I find out, and soon.

Oh, that's great news! It means you've been accepted as a follower. You can use that keycard to enter the Fourth God's Arcade. It works on any door! Just slide it between the door and the frame, credit card style, and the door will unlock and open into the Arcade. It's a safe place for all of us. You'll even get your own bedroom!

I had thought becoming a follower would be a little more complicated than that. Time to pay the arcade a visit I suppose! It is on the same day/night schedule as the rest of the world I hope? I don't get along with daylight anymore.

and I think it is! It's all indoors, so you're probably fine either way. There's a lot to do there, so even if all you want to do for now is hang out, it's worth a look! There's pinball and video games and stuff.

I've never been one for video games, but I think it'll be nice to be able to visit somewhere safely where people might think the way I do about this place.
